Greetings Dura from the Principality of Laurant! First off allow me to introduce myself; i'm Prince Léopold of Laurant and have been in Micronations almost constantly since August 2005.
I've just dropped in to offer some advice on how to improve things here a little bit, feel free to tell me to do one if my advice isn't welcome

First off, go into admin, general settings, and change where it says "Message Board" to "The Kingdom of Dura" or whatever, then your forum will actually have the country's name on it which is always good. Next you need to beautify the forum a bit, you've been offered help with this on MCS and it'd be a good idea to take it up, the nicer looking the forum is the more likely people are to post. I would offer to do the forum up for you, but i know you might not be keen on giving admin to some random guy (although if you permitted me to make forum skin alterations etc you could remove the admin again straight away.)
In terms of this forum, it's a good idea for the admin to make threads about whatever because then people actually have things to do when they're here. So if you have a thread about say..micras claims, or military policy, etc, then people such as myself who're just passing through will actually have something to read and reply to.
Just some friendly suggestions, let me know if you need any help.
