This is the Hierarchy of the Hintoist Religion:
Tetochette(head of the entire religion) Danubis(head of a region, like the Catholic bishop) Priest(head of a Circle) Protegos(protect, guard, and fulfill the needs of the Circle)
A Circle is the Hinto equivalent of a Church. Most Hintoists have a natural affinity with nature and therefore Circles normally meet in natural, sacred places such as meadows, mountains, riversides, and by the ocean.
Most of the clergy of the Hintoist Religion are also descended from Morgan, goddess of magic, and therefore have the ability to control the holy spirits.
Protegos are like the Christian deacons, they, however, have devoted themselves to protecting the clan and worship Zorn, the spirit of the warrior. They are among the most faithful of the Hintoists.
