The Steward is quite restricted in the number of citz. he can have. If I remember aright, its one extra. ;)And I'm almost always "ready" to accede to the throne as Loki IV.  and the Kaiser isn't allowed any extra. But I am starting my lobbying business. Transfer an erb (1), and I'll be on retainer as an advisor. Freebie- I think you need 2(?) more cits. before MCS would let you in. |

The only reason they declined my claim last time was mainly because we weren't old enough, and we only had one citizen(me) then.
